Training At Internal Security Of International Standards
A Glimpse At The Security Process
Our well-made training programs ensure all-round knowledge of security and safety approaches taught extensively by field and off-field training. That’s why our training programs exceed the necessary standards set by various industries. During the training, security guards boost skills like first-aid, observation, investigation methods, loss prevention, crisis management, etc. The physical and mental training reinforces the skills and knowledge security personnel need to earn the license.
Candidate are screened and shortlisted, their verification and other documents are collected like ADHAR, PAN, VOTER ID etc. Police clearance reports are obtained to ensure the candidates are free from any criminal background.
Candidates interviewed by our ex-serviceman staff to check if they are ready to serve, once found to be groomed in security aspects they are deployed to the sites with starting from on-site training.

Age group 25-45 ( Our Preference )
Medically Fit
Eyesight – 6/6 Vision
Height - 5’8” and above
Weight – 62 kgs to 75 kgs.
Neat, properly dressed and well groomed
Police clearance report ( For checking criminal history )
Training and awareness of emergency scenarios.
Ex-serviceman and experienced staff are preferred

Our training programs consist of classroom sessions, on-the-field, and site-specific sessions and further amplification with promotional and well-specialized training.
The standard training in the military drill is set forth, and the bearing of a raw person is perfected. Most importantly, all security officers are wholly trained to handle all types of unpredicted situations.
We offer training for both armed and unarmed officers under our strict supervision and guidance.
Our experienced instructors are well-trained under extreme conditions in the Armed forces to adjust themselves and handle challenging situations.
